Creating Stereoscopic 3D Images

All of my Stereoscopic images will be using Red/Cyan. As a side note these images are very telling when it comes to my interests/hobbies.
My first image, it took a lot of fiddling but the various weapons gave the image decent depth. I found the advice to center a specific part of the image to be very helpful. Initially I was getting very lost in what was Red, what was Cyan and it became messy very fast.
My second image, I wanted to add more subjects to see if it would add to the effect. It sort of worked but I'll come back to this idea later.
My third image, I decided to include this one despite it being fairly weak. Initially I thought the various items at different depths would work well for this assignment. I shot this a few times but couldn't quite get an angle that gave a good foreground background effect.
I would say this is my strongest 3D image so far, there are multiple subjects at various distances so the parallax really comes into play.
This one didn't quite work as well as I wanted. I think it's because the background overall appears flat.
Here I am experimenting with some more background vs foreground elements. As well I wanted to see what would be more successful when lining up certain elements. I had a feeling that lining up background elements would work better because the parallax is less extreme on them. These images seem to support my theory because the 3D effect in the first image is a lot better than the second. I could be completely off base though.
I wanted to see what would be effected by how far I shifted over while capturing the images. The first image has the most shift from image one to two and the second has less shift. I think image two works better probably because image one has too extreme of a shift and the 3D effect is stretched a bit thin. It's possible the way I arranged the two images is why that is and it isn't necessarily indicative of anything.

Here I wanted to mess around with the placement of different pillars. Sometimes I would center the car and other times I wouldn't. The effect varies depending on the picture. I tried to find the best effect for each. I initially wanted to take the pictures on top of west garage but then I figured the pillars would help the depth.
